Editor, reporter and broadcaster with over a decade of experience covering the global fashion and luxury industries.
I am currently based in London, where I work as a writer, podcast host and creative consultant. I am also the contributing fashion editor of Monocle magazine and its sister publication Konfekt, a new quarterly title. In my current role, I commission, edit or report fashion features for both titles; I co-host Konfekt’s weekly lifestyle podcast; cover European fashion weeks; and contribute digital columns across the titles’ newsletters.
Before going freelance, I served as the fashion director of Monocle and Konfekt for five years, shaping both publications’ fashion coverage; launching Monocle Radio’s first fashion podcast, Monocle on Fashion, and overseeing commercial partnerships with clients such as Chanel, Nike, Gucci, Cartier and Value Retail.
Prior to Monocle, I spent seven years at the London bureau of Women’s Wear Daily where I worked as a reporter and editor, dabbling between breaking news and industry analysis – with a particular focus on up-and-coming talent, e-commerce and sustainability.
I have been invited to guest lecture at both the London College of Fashion and Istituto Marangoni and hosted live panels for the likes of Google, Cartier, By Rotation and Launchmetrics.
I am most interested in fashion’s soft power and the ways it interacts with other creative mediums from design to art and hospitality.
